You will be required to work a shift pattern, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

To assist in managing the kitchen in a professional manner, and to consistently produce food to the standard specified.


  • Prepare fresh food in a busy kitchen to high specification
  • Work sections during services and deliver dishes to exacting standards
  • Maintain organisation and cleanliness of your working areas
  • Be confident to lead the kitchen when necessary
  • Work with and support a team of diverse staff
  • Keeps cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours
  • Assists Head Chef with menu creation
  • Comply with environmental health regulations and health & safety standards


  • Formal culinary training
  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Professional, hardworking, and flexible
  • Passionate about working with fresh food and looking to develop a career in hospitality
  • Capable of working in a high-pressure environment
