Waiter / Waitress Front of House Full-time or Part-time Minimum wage +50p per hour
You will be required to work a shift pattern, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

You will prepare tables and eating areas and be able to advise customers on menu choices. You will take orders from customers and service them at the table. When customers are ready to leave, you will be expected to prepare bills and take payment for bills. You will also be responsible for work areas for cleanliness and greeting customers and showing them to their dining table.


  • Greeting customers as they arrive and showing them to their table
  • Dealing with bill payments
  • Setup dining table in readiness for service
  • Serving customers food & drink at their tables
  • Clearing and polishing glassware, crockery, and cutlery
  • Clearing up dirty dishes
  • Keeping the restaurant need and tidy condition
  • Comply with environmental health regulations and health & safety standards
  • Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
  • Any other duties required by management to ensure the successful running of the hotel and restaurant
